The names are shown under the various training schools but are not shown in order of merit. Those obtaining honours received 75 per cent, or over of possible marks. • ' "Top . for Dominion" honours were secured by Miss F. L. Drummond (Hamilton) in maternity nursing and by Miss D. H. The former secretary of the New Zealand Freezing Workers' Association, Mr.. Alexander McLeod, was recently presented with an illuminated address by the national executive of the union. Tributes were paid to Mr. McLeod's manly character, straightforward, nature, and courage in fighting for the principles he believed. Good wishes were expressed for Mr. and Mrs. McLeod's health and happiness in their future years. Mr. McLeod thanked those present for their remarks, and said the illuminated address would always remind him of his association with the freezing workers of this country,,
