THE FIRE BOARD
NEW GOVERNMENT MEMBER
Mr. L. Glover, secretary of the Fire Brigade Employees' Federation and of the Wellington, Taranaki, and Nelson Fire Brigade Employees' Union, has been notified by the Under-Secretary f^r Internal Affairs, Mr. J. W. Heenan, of his* 'appointment as the representative of the Government upon the Wellington Fire Board for the ensuing two years, as from June 2.
The retiring Government representative is Mr. Marcus Marks, who has been a member of the Fire Board since 1926.
