FALSE PRETENCES
Charged with obtaining from J. S. Pask £200 by representing that furniture contained in a guest house was free of any encumbrance,. Stella Houston, aged 31, who appeared before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in' the Magistrate's Court today, pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
