MORAL RE-ARMAMENT
Further reports of transatlam,.. radiophone greetings on the occasion of the first anniversary of moral rearmament, have been received by the Oxford Group in New Zealand. The following message was sent by the chairman, four past chairmen, and two past presidents of the Trade Union Congress, and other delegates of the Labour Party Conference:—"We rejoice to see the ideal of moral re-armament taking a hold in the United States. We strongly believe that with such co-operation the United States and Britain can go far towards securing world peace and economic security." Mr. Anthony Eden joined British members of Parliament in sending their message. Congratulations were also extended by twenty-three Peers, many leaders of commerce, the president of the Rotary movement. and the director of General Film Distributors (Mr. Arthur Rink).
