DRIVER PUNISHED

DUNEDIN, This Day,
At a Forbury Park Trotting Club committee inquiry, W. K. Tatterson, driver of Lightning Lady in the Ritchie Memorial on Thursday, was charged with interfering with Marsceres. After hearing evidence, the committee degraded Tatterson as a driver for three months to D class.
