"PROTECTOR OF ISLAM"

DUCE DENOUNCED

MOSLEMS' LOYALTY TO

FRANCE

(Received April 21, 1 p.m.)

LONDON, April 20,

In view of its influence on Moslem opinion in North Africa the resolution is most important.
