MOULT—WILSON.

St. John's Presbyterian Church was the scene of a pretty evening wedding recently, when Berle Louise, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Wil- j son, Lyall Bay, was married to Eric Edwin, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Moult, Hataitai. The service was conducted by the Rev. J. R. Blanchard, and Mr Lawrence Haggitt presided at the organ. The church was beautifully decorated by an aunt oi the oride. The bride,- who was escorted by her father, wore a beautiful gown of white silver brocade<» satin cut in princess style, the neckline was heart-shaped, and the long sleeves were shirred at the top and fitted tight at the wrist. The bodice was also shirred to a pointed corselet waistline. The simplicity of the gown was completed by the long train. The long appliqued veil was held in position with a coronet of orange blossom. Her bouquet was of white roses and maidenhair fern. The two bridesmaids, Miss Jean Moult (sister of the bridegroom) and Miss Jean Kent, wore frocks of maize and heliotrope respectively, The frocks were of stiffened net over taffeta with l short puffed sleeves and very full j skirts; the shirred bodices with heartshaped necklines being fastened in j front with brilliant buckles. Shoulder-! length veils to match their frocks were worn and held in position with flowered headdresses, and they carried trailed posies to tone. Mr. Kelvin Hunter was best man, and the groomsman was Mr. Laurie j Moult (brother of the bridegroom) The ushers were Mr Laurie, Mr. Allan! Vause. and Mr. T. Rait A wedding hymn was sung during the service and Mrs. Coventry sang a solo, "Thanks Be To God," during the signing of the register. Over a hundred guests attended the reception which was held in the Mayfair Cabaret. Mrs. Wilson received her guests wearing a gown of fuchsia and silver brocade an irmine jacket, and a small beret hat to tone. Her shoulder spray was of roses. Mrs. Moult wore a mode] gown of black georgette and lace and a shoulder spray of autumn tints.

Mr. and Mrs. Moult left later by car, the bride wearing a smartly tailored suit in storm blue, with matching accessories, and a si'ver fox fur, the gift of the bridegroom.
