OBITUARY
MR. ROBERT K. HARRISON
The death of Mr. Robert Kippax Harrison, which occurred in Wellington yesterday, will be deeply regretted by all who knew this prominent young sportsman. Only 25 ■ years of age, "Bob" Harrison was the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Harrison, of Karori, and an old boy of Wellington College. For years he had taken an active interest in sport in Karori, where he was a member of the cricket, tennis, and hockey clubs. Excelling at hockey, at which he played in various positions (mainly as a half), he had been a Karori senior for the past four years, and since 1936 had been a Wellington representative. He was Wellington's centre half aga/nst the Indian .hockey team which visited New Zealand last season. The funeral takes place tomorrow morning.
