LONDON, April 18,
The Vienna correspondent of "The Times" says that the persecution of Catholics has decreased since the Pope's election.
Cardinal Innitzer has ordered the churches to celebrate Herr Hitler's birthday, to ring bells, and to fly the swastika flag.
