LONDON, April 18,
English and Wrlsh Roman Catholic prelates have ordered special prayers for peace and have also ordered the reading in all churches of a statement denouncing rule by violence in the world and warning the members of "certain secret societies which are among the causes of unrest that they may incur excommunication." This is taken to refer to the Irish Republican Army.
