Forty warships sailed tonight from Kiel, Emden, and Wilhelre?haven. They will meet in the vicinity of Heligoland or in the Atlantic. No details are available.

GIBRALTAR, April 18.
French vessels now in port include two battleships, three cruisers, and eleven destroyers.
