The Wellington Bowling Centre's Easter tournament was continued today in dull but fine weather.

In section D at Hataitai, H. N. Hunt (Hataitai), who was leading with 6 wins, sustained his first loss in the seventh round by 8-28 against A. J. Pollock (Wellington). E. R. Gibbs (Upper Hutt) secured his first win in the tourney by beating W. Sherwood (Lyall Bay) by 24-20.
