DEFENDED DIVORCE

In the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Reed, today, Alexander George Blight petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage to Alice Blight on the grounds of separation. Mrs. Blight dpposed the granting of a divorce as the separation order was secured by her against. her husband on the grounds of persistent cruelty and failure to maintain.

Mr. A. J. Mazengarb appeared for the petitioner, and the respondent was represented by Mr. E. Parry, with him Mr. G. A. Wylie.
