CHRISTCHURCH, This Day,
The death has occurred of Mr. R..T. Tosswill, secretary of the Canterbury Patriotic Fund and former golf champion of Canterbury. He qualified for an air pilot's licence on Friday and was flying solo a few hours before his death.
