Captain K. H. L. Mackenzie has been appointed Captain of the Dockyard, Deputy Superintendent, and King's Harbour Master, Malta, in succession to Captain R. G. Bowes-Lyon, M.V.0., who has served there since 1936, states "The Post's" London correspondent. Captain Mackenzie held similar posts at Portsmouth for over two years, before which he was assistant to the Admiral Commanding Reserves. During the war he was navigator of the sloop Torch in New Zealand.
