VERY FAVOURABLE REPORT
According to a private cable received in Wellington this week, Mr. W. Higgins, who left for England at the end of last month, has had a very favourable report from his medical advisers. Mr. Higgins had to undergo a serious operation while in England last year, and his present trip was undertaken in order to have a further report made on his progress. His many friends vill wish him a speedy and complete recovery.
