References to the loss Rugby football had sustained by the deaths of Messrs. Walter and Martin Winiata (Horowhenua football stalwarts), Mr. J., McGill, (an ex-president), and Mr. F.1 T. Glasgow, (an ex-All Black) were made at the annual meeting of the Horowhenua Rugby Union. A motion of sympathy with the relatives was passed.
