CONFERENCE OF JUSTICES
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, This Day. About thirty Justices of the Peace are attending the annual. conference of the New Zealand Justices' Federation, which was opened by the Miiister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, at Caroline Bay this afternoon. A welcome was extended to the delegate's by the Mayor of Timaru, Mr. W. G. Tweedy, Mr. H. Morgan, S.M., and Mr. J. M. Jenkin, patron and president of the South Canterbury Justices' Association respectively. Mr. W. C. Weston (New Plymouth) is presiding. The conference will conclude on Thursday*
