TEXTILE FACTORIES
EXPANSION IN RUSSIA

MOSCOW, January 10,
A sum of 165,000,000 roubles will be spent in 1939 on the construction of new textile factories in many centres. Industrial circles consider that expansion is necessary to enable textiles to be exported to compete with England.
