MORE SPEED IN GERMANY
LONDON, December 21
The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that Field-Marshal Goering has ordered Herr Funk, Minister of Economics, to speed up the fouryear 'plan, and is empowering him to take on his own responsibility any measure he thinks fit for increasing Germany's economic strength.
