PRAGUE, December 21.
The Government has extradited to Germany Peter Forester, who, with a companion, killed a guard and escaped from the Weimar cqneentration camp in May. He crossed in to Czechoslovakia and surrendered to the police. Forester's companion was recaptured in Germany before crossing the frontier and was immediately beheaded.
