FOREIGN AGGRESSION
MOTIbN AT LIMA CONFERENCE
LIMA, December 13,
The Argentine and Mexican delegations today submitted to the PanI American Conference, which is meet[ing here, a joint declaration that the 21 American republics will present a common front against foreign armed aggression or attempt to implant undemocratic systems in the Western Hemisphere. The declaration, which in effect would give a multilateral character to the Monroe Doctrine, is expected to be presented for acceptance at the full conference meeting tomorrow.
