FACILITIES IN EGYPT

A new British Evening Institute in Cairo is to be opened on December 1 by the British Ambassador, Sir Miles Lampson, and a similar institute in Alexandria will be opened on the same day by the British Consul-General.
They have been formed by the British Council in order to make English studies, for which there is'ah urgent demand, more easily available to students who would not normally take a university course.
