(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Many Dunedin people were disturbed shortly after midnight by a downpour of rain and hail Which lasted ten minutes. Through the blockage of a drain two houses were invaded by water and silt, one to a depth of two feet and the other to a depth of six inches. Though brief, the fall of rain registered was .41 inches.
