STATE HOUSES
Further purchases of land in Auckland, Pahiatua, Lower Hutt, Christchurch, Ashburton, and Bluff for the erection of State houses are announced by Mr. J. A. Lee (Parliamentary Under-Secretary in Charge of Housing) The Lower Hutt areas purchased are located in Hart Avenue (one house), Waiwhetu Rpad (four). Main Hutt Road, and Charleston Avenue (two), and St. James Avenue (one).
