OPINION IN BERLIN (Received September 30, 1 p.m.) BERLIN, September 29. Political circles are somewhat confident. An official said: "It seems to be regarded as certain that an adjustment will be found, even on questions of procedure, which will do justice to the Sudetens and that the carrying of the plan into effect will be vouched for after receiving the assent of Europe's four leading statesmen."
