MR. AND MRS. T. H. LOWRY

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Paris was a city of red, white, and blue during and after the visit of King George and Queen Elizabeth, said Mr. end Mrs. T. H. Lowry, Hawke's Bay, who returned today by the Mariposa. After the departure of the King and Queen, they said, much good feeling was manifested towards the English people. Mr. and Mrs. Lowry saw the Italiantrained horse Nearco win the famous French classip, the Grand Prix. In London they saw the Derby. They also had three days of glorious weather at Ascot. With Lady Wigram, Mrs. Lowry attended the International Red Cross Conference in London. Of 63 countries belonging to the organisation, 56 were represented. She and Mr. Lowry attended a reception given by the King arid -Queen. Mary at Buckingham Palace. Delegates were also entertained by the Lord Mayor of London and the British Government at Lan-1 caster Hduse.
