(Received September 30, 10.10 a.m.) -NEW YORK, September 28. Drawn, haggard, and footsore, J. Smith Ferebee completed his four-day 600-hole transcontinental marathon, winning the wager of 100,000 dollars. All his scores for each 18 holes were j under 100, and his average was 85.5.
