MEETING ENDS IN DISORDER
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, September 29. Heckling and noisy obstruction were almost continuous when Mr. J. Park, National Party candidate for. Onehunga, attempted to address a meeting at Te Papapa tonight. The candidate was prevented from giving any serious ex-, position of political questions of the day and after attempting to compete with the noisy opposition, he was compelled to bring the meeting to a close. ■ The theatre was packed by a large audience of about 350 people. An at-j tempt was made to move a vote of thanks, but this was counted out, and the meeting ended in disorder little more than an hour after it started. „.
