RESIDENTIAL NURSERY

Mrs. L. O. H. Tripp presided at the executive meeting of the Women's National Reserve Residential Nursery, Owen Street, recently. The matron reported a very busy time and specially mentioned the gifts i and donations received from the various branches. The improvements in the kitchen had greatly lessened the work. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Mrs. and Mr. Peterson for their most generous and valuable gift to the Nursery. Condolence was expressed with the relatives of Mrs. Bean, of Hataitai,- who for many years had done outstanding work as president of the Hataitai Branch and maintained her deep interest up to the time of her illness.
