DELEGATES ASSEMBLE
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS CONFERENCE
SYDNEY, August 26. Delegates from all parts of the Empire who are to gather at Sydney (for the British Commonwealth Relations Conference include the Hon. W. Downie Stewart and Dr. J. R. Elder, of Otago. They will be entertained on Monday by the Acting Governor-Gen-eral, Lord Huntingfield. Additional delegates will arrive next Friday from New Zealand. j The official opening of the conference will take place tomorrow week at Sydney University, and the venue of the conference after that will be in the foothills of the Blue Mountains at the Lapstone Hotel. The proceedings will be unofficial and will be held in camera.
