OFFICIAL RECOGNITION
"The recently-formed New Zealand Racing Owners*, Breeders*, and Trainers' Association has received official recognition by the executive committee," stated the president, Mr. J. S. McLeod, at the annual meeting of delegates to the New Zealand Racing Conference, held today.

It'was, of course, open to the association to approach clubs direct on domestic matters, but questions of policy required to be submitted to the executive committee. Mr. McLeod also mentioned that the New Zealand Jockeys* Association had also received official recognition by the executive committee, and similar arrangements had been made for the reception of matters brought forward as s the case with the New Zealand Racing Owners', Breeders', and Trainers' Association.
