SKIING CONDITIONS
GOOD FOR WEEKEND (Special to the "Evening Post.") OTAKI, This Day. The prospects for good skiing conditions this weekend are very bright at Kime Hut'in the Tararua Ranges.' During the week some very heavy falls of snow on this side of the ranges have * been experienced. Mount* Dennin and Crawford are heavily coated. Last weekend the weather at Kime was very boisterous. About 50 skiing enthusiasts left here to go to the skiing grounds, but many of them found the weather too bad and 20 "did not go any further than Field Hut. Those who went on to Kime were rewarded withi some good skiing. The snow up there is much heavier, this weekend. •
