ARBITRATION COURT
SEVERAL AWARDS PENDING The second Court of Arbitration will conclude its Wellington sittings .-, on July 15 and will go to Christchurch where it will begin its sittings on July 20. The Court will, b« engaged next week in hearing the Wellington nursery gardeners' indus- " trial dispute and considering .requests fpr various interpretations of awards 1 and appeals against decisions by dis- | putes committees. 1 The Court of Arbitration will conclude its Otago and Southland sittings on July 15 and will then: consider disputes in Christchurch before returning ■ |to Wellington. It will conduct a brief sitting here and will then go to Auckland. ; ■ ■- / ' Y . A number of awards covering disputes heard by the Second Court are being awaited. It is expected' that ithe clerical workers' award will be released shortly.
