DONATION OF RANCH
FARM TRAINING IN CANADA
(Received July 7, 1.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, July 9. Captain J. C. Dunwater, former owner of the "Glasgow Herald," announces that he has donated a developed ranch of 2500 acres at Vernon, British Columbia, to the Fairßridge Farm Schools, a system organised to teach boys from the United Kingdom I farming methods in Canada and to promc|e Empire settlement. He is also making a gift of 200,000 dollars for the immediate housing of 150 boys from the settlement farm at Duncan, British Columbia. Captain Dunwater is returning to the United Kingdom.
