BOY FATALLY HURT
MOTOR-CAR ACCIDENT
An accident in which and son were involved, the son later dying of injuries received, occurred at Jolmsonville at about 6.30 p.m. yesterday, when a car struck a telegraph pole.
Mr. R. S. McQuarrie, a clerk,, of Titahi Bay, the driver of the car, injured his right knee and received a wound on the head, and his son, Robert, aged 14, who was sitting with him in the front seat, was severely injured in the neck. Both were taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance, The boy underwent an operation, but died at 2 O'clock this morning.
