NEGRO DEBATERS (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 28. The two negro debaters from Le Moyne University, Memphis, Tennessee, Mr. J. S. By as and Mr. C. W. Gilton, who have begun their tour oi ' New Zealand and Australia, met two ' representatives of Auckland UniverI sity College, Mr. E. K. Braybrooke and i Mr. H. George, before a large audience ' tonight. Mr. A. P. Blair, president oJ the New Zealand University Students Association, presided. [ The proposition debated was: "Thai 1 continued world peace is impossible ! as well as undesirable." ! The visitors took the affirmative and ' no decision was given. They wil' " leave for Rotorua and Hawke's Bai 1 on Thursday.
