manawatu proposal (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., This Day. Following the receipt of a comprehensive report from the secretaryorganiser favoui'ing one big show lasting eight days instead of spring and winter shows as at present, the Manawatu A. and P. Association set up a strong committee to interview breeders and other exhibitors on the subject and report back. It was also decided to hold a general meeting of members to consider the proposed change, which is termed one of the most important proposals ever placed before the association.
