GERMAN DECREE
JEWS' PROPERTY NO APPLICATION TO BRITISH NATIONALS (Received June 29, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 28. "The Times" says that the German Government has informed Britain that the decree obliging Jews to register their property in Germany as a prelude to its expropriation does not apply to British nationals living outside Germany.
