A WANGANUI CENTENARIAN

Mr. Henry Minifle, of Wanganui, will celebrate his 100 th birthday on Saturday. Mr. Minifle has been in New Zealand over 75 years, coming as a young man from England. He is still very active and works daily in his garden, states "The Post's" representative. On Saturday there is to be a special little tree-planting ceremony in the grounds of Wesley Church, Gonville, where Mr. Minifle will plant a tree to commemorate his birthday.
