DECREES NISI GRANTED
The following decrees nisi were granted yesterday and today in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Quil11am, on undefended petitions:—
Gladys Margaret Martin (Mr. R. Hardie Boys) v. James Martin (Mr. W. E. Leicester), separation; August Hjalmar Peterson (Mr. Boys) v. Sabina Florence Peterson, separation; Wilfred John Feast (Mr. H. Lawson, Featherston) v. Olga Marie Feast, non-compli-ance with order for restitution of conjugal rights; Henry William Curtis (Mr. Leicester) v. Eileen Letitia Curtis (Mr. P. Keesing), separation; Myrtle Holden (Mr. J. A. Scott) v. Frederick Holden, separation; Jessie Ann Andrews (Mr. A. B. Sievwright) v. Abgorina Patrick Andrews, desertion.
Decrees for restitution of conjugal rights were made in the following cases:—
Thomas Arthur Wyatt (Mr. A. B. Hurley) v. Victoria Felicia Wyatt; Arthur Lovett Horn (Mr. J, A. Scott) v. Alexandra Teresa Horn; Zita Bertille Pocock (Mr. A. P. Corrie) v. Edward Louis Pocock.
