OBITUARY

MR. F. N. MACIVER

Mr. Finlay Norman Maciver, who for seven years has been secretary of Kenners, Ltd., died yesterday at his home, 42 Pitt Street, Wadestown.

Born at Inverness, Scotland, in 1898, he was educated at the Inverness Hoyal Academy and arrived in New Zealand in 1913. He joined the* staff of the Commercial Bank at Wellington shortly afterwards, and while in this position he enlisted in the 38th Reinforcements to participate in the Great War. After his return he acted as secretary of the Phoenix Aerated Water Co., Ltd., subsequently becoming secretary of Kenners, Ltd. His passing will cause profound regret among his large number of friends and acquaintances. He leaves a wife and four young children, . ■'
