PROFESSIONAL TENNIS LONDON, June 20. The "Daily Herald" says that it is practically certain that, if Budge completes his quadruple championship at Wimbledon and leads the United States to victory in the Davis Cup, he will accept an offer to turn professional under contracts guaranteeing him minimum earnings of £50,000 a year.
