COMMUNITY SING
A successful community sing was held in the Wellington Town Hall today, when a satisfactory crowd entered into the singing with a will and also were entertained from the stage by well-known artists. As a result of the sing the Mayor's Relief Fund and the Hawke's Bay Flood Relief Fund will benefit to the extent of £18 4s 6d and £7 is respectively. Items were rendered by Elton Black and Alice Bennetto, two of Australia's best-known Scottish comedy artists; Will Mason and Charles Proctor were the song leaders. and Mr. Charles Collins rendered numbers on the grand organ. Mr. Frank Crowther was at the piano. ,
