The Bay of Plenty Rugby team concluded its tour of the South Island With a match against South Canterbury today, beihg beaten by 11 points to 3. The ground was very heavy as the result of recent rain and frost and back play was almost out of the question. Occasionally both sets endea> voured to open up the game, but hardly ever did the ball travel right out to the wings, all four of whom had a Very easy day.
