R.A.F. EXPANSION
CONSERVATIVES OPPOSE INQUIRY LONDON, May IT. A hundred members of the Government have tabled an amendment to the Labour motion calling for an inquiry into the progress of the Air Force expansion programme. The amendment promises the Government the fullest support and deprecates the suggestion of an inquiry which would hamper the progress of the programme.
