BRITISH RE-ARMAMENT
EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS TO MEET (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 16. On May 25 a conference between the employers and the trade unions in the chief industries involved in' rearmament work will be held_ to explore further the questions raised by the recent appeal by the Prime Minister, Mr. Chamberlain, and the Minister for Co-ordination of Defence, Sir Thomas Inskip, to consider means for facilitatng production in connection with the acceleration of the re-arma-ment programme.
