HUNTER APPEAL
END OF HEARING
Argument on the Hunter appeal was concluded in the Court of Appeal yesterday afternoon, on . the eighth day of hearing, and the Court reserved its decision.
The appellants, 'Thomas Percy Hunter and Cyril Paul Hunter, for whom Mr. C. H. Weston, K.C., and Mr. D. R. Hoggard appeared, appealed against the judgment of Mr. Justice Smith which removed them from the trusteeship of the estate of'the late Sir George Hunter. The respondent in the case was Lady Hunter, for whom Mr. J. D. Willis and Mr. R.L. A. Cresswell appeared.
