RATIO TO BE FIXED
ONE-TO-FOUR. PROPOSAL

BUDAPEST, April 7
A Bill fixing the ratio of Aryans to Jews at 4 to 1 in all trades, professions, easinesses, and' Government departments throughout Hungary is to be introduced in Parliament tomorrow. Jews who changed their religion before 1919, and all ex-soldiers, will be considered to be Aryans.
