HUGE RELIEF PROPOSAL

REVITALISING OF BUSINESS

WASHINGTON, April 7.
President Roosevelt called his advisers on the relief programme to the White House to discuss an immediate 1,500,000,000 dollars business revitalisation plan. It was stated at the White House that President Roosevelt has before him a proposal for an immediate programme for huge Federal loans, without interest, to cities, States, and local government bodies.
